Daisy turned one year old on July 15th. We celebrated she and Kevin's birthdays with a delicious dinner of tortilla soup with my family. I made pink cupcakes and Andy and I decorated the house with pink balloons (I used to swear I would stay away from pink when I had a girl! Guess things change...)
Daisy loved her first cupcake. But she really hated the cute pink tennis shoes I bought her. I mean REALLY hated them. She just hates shoes and I don't know why. She also got a little toy phone that makes lots of noise and some cute babylegs from Mom and Rachel.

Happy Birthday to your adorable children! But wow, Daisy did hate those shoes!? lol! She is the cutest thing ever! And I sure wish we got to spend more time with you when you guys were in town for a week...one hour at the pool was not a long enough! :) But yes, we definitely watched the talent show, but for some mysterious reason the "Proud to be an American" rendition wasn't on Amy's DVD...though we know it's on someone's, cause we've all seen it before. The rest was still hilarious though!!
First of all, she is sooo spoiled, give her a good spanking. Second, how do you think you could avoid pink? Please! I can't wait to get up there so Avery can corrupt her with lots of princess stuff, that will be really fun!
When girls are around it's hard to stay away form pink...It's just to darn cute!!! And so is she!

YOur funny i cant wait to buy pink and princess stuff!! Well thanks we are so excited! I think we are naming her Taya. Im just so glad its a girl now we can be done and she can be spoiled :)

Hey! Good to hear from you. I dont know my mom told me to pick out the bedding for her room and I havent yet but we are going down Monday to get it so I will let you know! I havent even bought anything for her room yet-not like me i know but i have just been busy and birthday and xmas and then i need a car seat and bassinet and it just seems like i have so many other things to buy. HOpe you guys are doing good! You will have to put up some new picts one of these days :) Miss you guys!
